1st survey was done with my Nepal team so that we understand each other better and not to press the dangerous button in us when we are in Nepal.
2nd survey was with my boss and my peers to know our dynamic in order to work together in the same organization.
For the 1st survey, we used terms like Choleric, Sanguine, Melancholic and Phlegmatic and below pic will illustrate each term means
Choleric natures - leader, aggresive, loud, task oriented, bold, dominant, strong.
Sanguine natures - Friendly, extrovert, compassionate, rules breaker, caring
Phleg natures - Relaxed, steady, friendly, slow, competent, follower
Melancholy natures - Perfectionist, emotional, persistent, behind scene, difficult to work with.
For the 2nd survery, the term that we used are D.I.S.C - Dominance, Influence, Steady and Compliance with i believe it's the same with the 1st survey. The only different is the term we use but nature wise should be the same.
And below is my result ...
From the above graph, basically you can see am the D (natural) and I (adapt). Basically what it meant is am a dominance or choleric by nature and influence or sanguine by adapt. How true is this? I think it's pretty true and your call to judge. Below also some of the general characteristics from the results ...
Don't think you can read it but basically from the results can see clearly am very task oriented person. Hmnnnn ... nothing new right? Haha It's really good to know who we are in order to nail down the weaknesses and use the strengths we have to further improve.
