How superb? Well, let me tell you how superb my mommy is ...
1) She is the most forgiving person i ever met in my life ... trust me in this.
2) Her love is truly unconditional not only to her own children but even to her DIL and friends of her children
3) She is very generous and gave even when she had little
4) Her EQ is so high that you hardly see her losing her temper ... how i wish i have 10% of this character
5) She goes extra miles for her grandchildren ... ever seen a MIL that takes care of the grandchildren to the extend of relocating from her home country to another? And never a word of complaint !
6) She bought vitamins for her children with little $$ she has and spend little for her ownself?
7) She scooped rice, washed everything and oh yeah .. even made milo for her children when they are all so grown up?
The list can go on and on and on and will never end ... that's how superb my mommy is.
This trip back to Singapore to see her made me even admire my mommy. Yesterday was the 1st time i cooked for her after i left the country 1 year ago .. and mommy was very happy. Not that i cooked a lot of things, but just a simple soup and it made her day. My mommy is never a demanding person and when i looked at her, i cannot thank God enough for her.
My mommy is not a modern mom that dress up, do facial every fortnights or carrying a Gucci handbag walking around. She's a very plain woman but her heart is colorful like a rainbow.
My mommy is a demonstration & a living testimony of how great God is. As i continue to grow maturately, mommy is getting old. God, i can only ask for You to give my mommy a long, healthy & fulfilling life. She's simply the best !
