Reorganization ... ya right

Reorganization - such a big word for me. It could mean you'll still get your job or you may not in today's situation.

This particular word has become so popular lately and infact the only word you can ever hear in my company since yesterday. Management made some unpleasant news in the midst of festive mood - REORGANIZATION ..... just wondering what does it take to announce it after the long holidays at least to be more sensitive?

I personally very emotional and upset even though not impacted directly. I used to work in one of the affected factories and I'm the proud product from that factory. I started off my career and spent approx. 3 years there to be molded to be who i am today. Nothing can change the fact that i love that factory from the bottom of my heart.

I feel for all that impacted from the news. Tears just flowing down and anger creeps in as i feel so helpless. Why now? And why so many people is impacted? What is the commitment level to ensure all of them get their job?

Thru all these, i'm being reminded that no matter how strong you think you can be, you'll fall one day. Our hope should not be in the company that we think it's one of the strongest, people that we think will not hurt us or earthly hope as all these will fail us. Look around us friends, look what is happening today.

Even the strongest company is going thru reorganization, people that once we loved the most turn their backs and walked out from our lives when we needed them the most, strong currency dropping like never before ... and God knows what else. So, friends, where are you going to place your hope starting today?

It is never too late to turn your eyes to Jesus. He IS the only hope that we have. In Him, you'll see that God is always faithful and will never forsake you. He will see you thru every season of your life ..... why don't you give Jesus a chance to help you?
